Shipping
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. All orders are shipped via USPS, and when available, the tracking information will be emailed to you, as well as in your online account. We suggest you set one up to streamline your shopping experience whenever you shop with us. All new orders must be verified. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Our site automatically computes shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket, and upon checkout will prompt you to choose the method of delivery you wish. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it, choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not always mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.
Canceling an order before and after checking out
You can cancel the order process at any time while shopping by clicking on the Shopping Cart button and deleting each item from your shopping cart.
Typographical Errors
Subtle Teez's credo is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Subtle Tee Company L.L.C. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Subtle Tee Company L.L.C. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Subtle Tee Company L.L.C. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy

Orders placed online utilizing promotional offers by coupons are directed exclusively to the recipients and are non-transferable. In an event a coupon is misused in this manner, Subtle Tee Company L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel such order without prior notice. Subtle Tee Company L.L.C. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Sales Taxes
Subtle Tee Company L.L.C. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Florida. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Subtle Tee Company L.L.C. will provide on-line technical notes on most products, but not all.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
All products offered on the Subtle Tee Company L.L.C. website are guaranteed for 15 days from the date of the invoice.
